About
I Build Systems That Produce Measurable Results
I am a Staff Software Engineer focused on high-leverage systems in High Performance Computing and enterprise platforms. I design, ship, and scale solutions that reduce cost, eliminate waste, and accelerate engineering throughput.
Most recently, I designed and built the HPC Toolkit end-to-end: architecture, code, deployment, adoption. It now serves over a thousand engineers and has delivered ~$12M in annual cost reduction. It was featured in a company-wide article to 160,000 employees.
I optimize for outcomes, not activity.
Operating Model
- Value first. Work must translate to measurable impact.
- Fast feedback loops. Short cycles, tight alignment, no ambiguity.
- Enterprise thinking. Optimize for the whole system, not local wins.
- Ship. Production is the only truth.
If there is friction, waste, or delay in a system, I remove it.
How I Work
I am direct, high-intensity, and execution-oriented.
If there is a problem, I will drive it to resolution.
Over time, I have refined that intensity into something disciplined:
- Listen first.
- Align on the real objective.
- Move decisively.
- Deliver.
