I Build Systems That Produce Measurable Results
I am a Staff Software Engineer building enterprise platforms and distributed systems that produce measurable impact. My work focuses on eliminating waste at scale, increasing engineering throughput, and hardening production environments.
Most recently, I designed and built the HPC Toolkit end-to-end: architecture, code, deployment, and adoption. It now serves over 1,400 engineers and has delivered ~$12M in annual cost reduction. It was featured in a company-wide article to 160,000 employees.
I operate across application, infrastructure, and platform layers, including Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, graph databases, and emerging AI orchestration patterns.
I move quickly and drive problems to resolution - I listen first, align on the real objective, then move decisively. I do not let important initiatives stall, and I take ownership of outcomes rather than tasks.
If a system introduces friction, duplication, or delay, I redesign it. If a platform can be standardized and made reusable, I build the foundation. The goal is durable systems that scale across teams and produce compounding value.
Operating Model
- Value first. Work must translate to measurable impact.
- Fast feedback loops. Short cycles, tight alignment, no ambiguity.
- Enterprise thinking. Optimize for the whole system, not local wins.
- Ship. Production is what counts.
